After first working there for 10 years, we bought part of the Warehouse complex in 2000. The look and unique atmosphere of the whole and the surprising entities immediately appealed to us, and that feeling has never gone away. When the large green gate on the street side closes, you really enter an island of space, security and creativity.
Architect Ludo Hermans really did a great job connecting all the living spaces - a concept that still works for us. We still come home every day feeling wowed in this sea of space where we can live and work freely. The exceptional downstairs space has already been used for the craziest things - from studio to rehearsal space to party venue and even as a badminton court!
The twenty neighbours of the complex form a warm community with respect for each other, the building and everyone's privacy. The most fun is when a spontaneous aperitif moment in the evening sun in the courtyard or a winter drink around some gathered fire pits occurs. Yes... Paradise exists!
