This super-quality total renovation from 2024 is the result of a very successful collaboration with Maison Osaïn. The mission: breathe new life into a beautiful 19th-century neo-classical town house. The result: unique finishing, EPC label A through extra insulation in all floors, ventilation system D, heating and cooling ... Every detail was thoroughly studied and addressed - even the basement was fitted with cork flooring and ventilation.

The glv, with dining room and living kitchen, was given a handsome finish with lime paint. Authentic elements, such as the ceilings, were complemented by new solid wood elements to revive the original character.
