Description

The well-known neighbourhood with its flower and plant names is in demand, and we totally understand why. Here you live close to a range of schools, shops, Kapellen train station and at the same time extremely quiet and residential.

Spacious driveway, great front garden. Then you are immediately welcomed in style in the impressive entrance hall. The original staircase in beautiful green stone is the eye-catcher in this room. Another original feature from the 60s: the built-in planter. It was converted into a bench to put your shoes on - handy! To the right of the hall: guest toilet and access to laundry room and indoor garage.

A glass door leads to the cosy living space with soothing views of the garden. The kitchen was only recently reinstalled (2020). The island is a great place for cooking and having aperitifs, while the cosy dining area invites you to dine for hours. Thanks to the large windows, also all new since 2020, these rooms are all bathed in an oasis of light, while the wooden floors on the ground floor create a warm atmosphere. The terrace extends the entire width of the rear façade - a great place to linger when the kids romp around in the south garden, where you enjoy maximum privacy.

On the first floor, you will find a whole host of fitted wardrobes in the hallway and 4 lovely bedrooms. Very recently renovated bathroom (2022) with walk-in shower and double washbasin. Finally, a separate toilet and storage attic.

The owners,

owner speaks out

‘We are incredibly grateful that our two beautiful sons were able to grow up here. Fantastic memories we have of this place where we founded our family, very quiet in the green and yet a stone's throw from the station and Kapellen town centre. Our sons really had a fantastic childhood here. They always found friends to play with in the neighbourhood. They cycled to school together as a gang, where the teacher would wait for them at the crossing. Our lovely garden with lots of privacy was also the setting for countless parties and children's parties. Wonderful!
