Living and working in this loft is really a dream... We are always by the water, always feeling the movement of ebb and flow. As a result, the view does not look the same two days in a row - fantastic. The pleasure yachts bobbing in front of the quay from spring to October as they wait for the lock to open just opposite the property, the phenomenal sunrises over the river, starting our day with a coffee and the soothing view of the nature reserve across the river... You never get tired of this view!

We also love the character of the industrial building, historically linked to the river for centuries. You always have a bit of a holiday feeling here... At the same time, you are also easily in Antwerp or Brussels. Inside, you also literally enjoy a 'sea' of space. Our children even cycle around the living room without disturbing anyone. Where else do you find that?
